It’s sad they can do the update OTA, but do not give you A link to request the reflash OTA when issues are encountered. Why inconvenience the owner with a visit to the dealer for a data download?
For those that had the dealer reflash - how long did it take?

I received the on screen notice today that it needed to update....I scheduled it to execute a couple of hours ago....now I have a blank screen and nothing more....is there a trick to wake it up?
I got the update msg Saturday and meant to do it Sunday night but forgot so did it Monday night. Just checked and my version is 20.4.19. So not sure it did anything. Maybe too much tree cover to get a good satellite connection.

I just did mine and it looks like all volumes except main go back to zero. This includes the phone call volume and the Android Assistant volume, so I assume it also includes Carplay volume. These volumes can only get changed when you are using that function. Make a call, you can change call volume, use Android Assistant, you can adjust that volume, etc. It seems weird, but it is actually a good feature if your music and call volumes are markedly different (like REALLY loud music settings). Once you know it happens, no big deal, but confusing AF at first.

Got message this morning that update was available....I did not schedule or anything....just closed the screen. Any idea what the update is about? Patch notes, etc? Do not want to update unless I have to or its something I need. Is it going to keep bugging me until I update?

Yeah, did that and more.....still nothing. No visible display at all and no radio. Guess I'll visit the local dealer in the AM.
UPDATE: Wednesday June 17: Took my Gladiator to the dealer and was told somehow the failed update caused my radio to short. They were not able to communication with it at all. They ordered a replacement which will take 5 days to receive. ☹

Got my update yesterday.. The option for a Red Icon in the navigation settings still isn't there..

Damn thing continues to bug me about it every time I start the vehicle. :(

I don't want to update since I don't want to risk breaking something.

Please let us know via private message if you decide to have your dealer look into this. We would like to have this documented and have a case escalated on your behalf so a Case Specialist can work with your dealer to help find a potential solution.

UPDATE: Sunday June 28: Still waiting on the dealer receive a replacement unit. I have no radio, no cameras, no navigation, no handsfree phone capability, or any of the other on screen features. Plus the two USB power ports are powerless. "JeepCares" assigned a Uconnect "case manager" who responded once with a cut-and-paste message, haven't heard from him/her since!

Come on FCA, there is this process called "expediting" and "overnight shipping". Get my Gladitior back to 100%! :please:
