There’s a old saying to life. It’s none of your business what other people think about you. PS I like the look. Add tube doors with mesh and it would look cool to.

We’re supposed to have good weather for the next week, so I took the doors off. Buuuut, I just installed the topper- just wanted input- does it look odd/like shit, or no? I’m torn.

Looks great - I’m in the minority who think the topper looks better on the Gladiator, then again I’m biased! Waiting on my rear tube doors to come in later today. I put the front on for the first time this morning but need running doorless for a couple weeks now.

I had been staying very self conscience about the appearance of each of the many configurations possible, but ultimately, function wins. This setup was for a camping trip with a chance of rain, 1hr drive on the interstate, and my 4yo kid in the back seat.... got MOST of the open air experience, dry gear, a kid sleeping in the warm windy shade, and be damned how cool I look.

If you like the function, screw the form. I don’t love the look, but if having the doors off makes you enjoy the ride more for awhile, go with it.
