After a nearly 3 month wait, my new Gladiator finally arrived in Long Beach, CA!

Next stop is the shop over at @RebelOffRoad for some new shoes and a winch before setting sail to the Big Island!

Had the dealer install the Mopar trailer brake controller today before driving it over to Taylor @RebelOffRoad today for the serious stuff!

Congrats. But, I’ve been to that little park y’all have on the big island, and those tires won’t get you too far across those flowing rivers of orange stuff! Even after the orange turns to black it can be pretty rough on tires.

I know what you mean! I'm having BFG mud terrains installed next week, but yeah that lava rock is brutal. South point and green sands are mostly lava-free but then you have dust coming into every nook and cranny on the way to the beach. Don't you feel sorry for me?

Islands and Jeeps just seem to go together. In the past I would always rent a Jeep while on vacation on an island. Have fun! P.S. Don't know if anybody caught it, but NCIS Hawaii totalled a Rubicon Gladiator on the episode this week! ?

Lift, shocks and new wheels going in over the weekend. I love these Black Rhino Avenger Beadlock wheels. They have a cool technical look and hardly anyone seems to have them.

Wheels on! Running 37” BFG KM3s on a 4.88 re-gear. So freaking cool! Next up is the winch and bull bar.

Loaded her up and set sail yesterday! Now I wait another month for the boat to arrive in Hilo. Still trying to find a reasonably priced way to ship the boxed items like the soft top. So far the boxes have been almost $1000 more expensive than shipping the actual Jeep!

I made these my desktop background to hold me over until I get to actually sit in the driver's seat.

Awesome build and you are making me miss my time in Hawaii. Lived there from 2006-2008. I used to get parts shipped to Oahu by using an air freight company named "Ship to Hawaii", not sure if they are still around.
