Wabble after 2.5" front leveling lift ?

Help Please... 2022 Gladiator Rubicon Diesel with 33" tires.

Well, I installed the Metalcloak Springs #7609, Lower control arms 7601 and the 5100 Bilstein Shocks (shocks on front & rear). Springs & lower Control Arms only on front = the result is a 2.5" lift that basically leveled the Gladiator (front still about 1/4 to 1/2 inch lower than the read)

I left the sway bar links off, while I was getting new ones. I will install the Mopar sway bar end links that come in their 2" lift kit - they are 7.5" center bolt to bolt which is exactly the distance I have after installing the New Springs, Control Arms & Shocks.

My issue -
After installing the New Springs, Control Arms & Shocks - I had the front end alignment done and the caster is now at 6.4* driver side & 6.6* passenger side.
I drove the Gladiator, before the sway bar end links were installed, and it did the death wabble 2 time at about 60 MPH after hitting mild bumps on the highway - The Gladiator has never done this & I have 58K miles. So it must be something I did with this front lift?

Any suggestions ?
I am installing the sway bar links now - but these really should not effect the wabble - would they ?
- Should I replace the steering stabilizer ? - still stock, but the Mopar 2" kit leaves the stock steering stabilizer on ? note my stock Fox front shocks were blown out.
- Should I replace the track bar - still stock, but the Mopar 2" kit leaves the stock trac bar on.


Any suggestions are appreciated...

Go through and recheck that everything is tight. It’s probably either a loose bolt somewhere or one of your bushings just happened to reach its end of life right as you put it back together.

Inspect the track bar, drag link, tie rod, and control arms. Have someone gently rock the steering wheel while you check for loose bolts. Torque the control arms once the vehicle is on the ground.

I looked everything over and installed my sway bar links.
I found that when I got my alignment they adjusted one control arm a half turn more than the other control arm - which created 2 issues - One issue is one arm was slightly longer than the other, second the Metalcloak lower control arms can only be adjusted with full turns so that the adjustable end is parallel to the front mount.

I went back and had them adjust these items so now both lower control arms (LCA) are the same length and both LCA rear adjustable ends are in parallel to the front of the arm.

I then made sure that they tightened all four bolts while the weight was on the tires as stated above - torque to 190.

Tomorrow I will go drive around and see if I get any wabbles... Hopefully it will be fixed now....

The other set of bolts that needs to be properly tightened is your Trackbar bolts. Even if you didn't replace your trackbar, the bolts for it need to be loosened and tightened with the Jeep sitting on the ground so the trackbar bushings can take the correct set after lifting. And then the bolts need to be properly tightened as loose trackbar can cause a wobble.

If the control arms have bushings that rotate within the arm the bolts can be tightened any time. Its only bushings like the OE type or any that don't rotate within the arm that needs to be tightened with the vehicle weight on them in order not to have tension on them

Thanks to everyone .....

I went back to the front end alignment shop as I saw one of the lower control arma was 1/2 a tun off when they adjusted the alignment. I had them adjust the lower control arm so they were equal, I then had them loosen all of the lower control Arm bolts, put the Jeep weight on the tires and then torque the control arms down - I ordered a new Bilstein front steering stabilizer 5100 and I installed it - Now everything seems to be working fine - done over 100 miles on bumpy freeways with no wabble - :)
