Warn Low vs Mid Height Grill Guard

smess

There are very few options out there right now for dressing up the LE front bumper without completely replacing it. Mopar, Warn, and Maximus3 are basically the only direct bolt ons that I have come across.

While I was trying to decide I was examining pictures and asking other forum members but never got the answer I was looking for. The issue for most of us is off-road light installation and the front view camera so we don't want too high or too low depending on what we are doing going forward.

Here is my LE with the Warn Low, there is another forum member that posted a pic and claims his is a mid but it sure looks the same to me. I will post a pic of the view from inside on the camera shortly but this is what is looks like for now.

PS: Tires are 315/70/17 on stock LE rim measuring 34.4" tall and 12.7" wide and Winch is a Warn VR10s for those that are getting ready to ask those questions.

Winch with warn winch plate was a direct fit and easy install on the LE stock bumper.

And this one?
Thats what I thought also, guy on Forum here said it was a Mid and I sure was confused. People normally know what they order.

Thats the reason I posted this thread, to help everyone be really clear. Would have been a pain in the ass to return if I had listened to him and ordered the mid.

@Smess Are you happy with the Warn Low? or do you wish you would of went shorter, like with the mopar grille? I have an LE too and am trying to decide which would be best with the forward facing camera (and yet still have a good look).

Thanks in advance. :)

I chose the mid warn bar as I don’t have trail cam and plan to add two BD LP9 underneath after my winch install.
I will say I’m a little disappointed in it as it’s rusting around the welds after a month on the truck.

For you guys with the Warn low guard, do you know if you can still get a Factor 55 flat link on the tow hook? It looks tight.

Warn low on mine also. Lights are 6” Rigid 360s for reference.

You cannot get a flat link between the hoop and the hook, you’ll need a shackle (recommend a soft shackle) to connect the flat link to the stock recovery hooks.

For the trail camera, minimal interference.

Thanks... I thought that looked awfully tight, but Quadratec said it would still fit.

I don’t have this on my Gladiator. This was shared with me by a guy I met. He said this is the Warn full height. Pictures for reference.
