Warranty tie rod, No alignment?

Update, I decided to take it to my alignment shop and not back to the dealer, because I didn't have confidence they would correct it as the work sheet said changed tie rod, test driven and good, my alignment guy documented it and the dealership sent me on my way with 1 inch 11/16 of toe out total.

At least the dealer got it pretty close?

Update, dealership didn't offer any explanation as to why they didn't do an alignment and honestly just brushed me off I felt.
