Was attacked by a turkey today

Driving to work this morning going about 65, a damn turkey decides to try and fly across the road. Luckily he only hit the glass. Will be on the 3rd windshield in less than 1 year now. I am more pissed that the damn bird rolled in the road, got up and strutted into the trees like nothing happened. I was hoping he would have been dead and i coulda thrown him in my smoker.

I had a rooster that attacked my wife twice. I cooked him for Thanksgiving. I should have rewarded him. I didn't know my now ex was cheating on me.

Looks like it could have been worse. I have heard of them coming thru the windshield inside the vehicle.
If it makes you feel better I cracked my windshield 10 miles after I took delivery of mine brand new!!

Neighbor had 2 of them come through the windshield. Hit them about 70 mph.

ya im just glad he only hit the glass and not any of the sheet metal or grill.

im going to think that after he ran into the woods he died of internal bleeding and some racoons or skunks are eating him
