Contact them direct on their website. Maybe you'll get a response. I reached out to the Baltimore auto show that way and they never responded haha. Baltimore had the Gladiator and I found out by watching the auto show's FB page. Try that.

It will be there. The real question is will they have one you can get into or just the one on the pedestal.

I have to drive up I-81this weekend and could possibly make it.

I did the same for North Carolina. No response, so I didn't go. I still have no idea if it was there or not.
