I'm 53 and my friend just road in mine, and said "Dude, this is gonna increase your life expectancy by 5 years". I thought about it, looked at him and said "yea, at least 5".Hey, I’m 68, done playin’ with this stuff.
Ordered mine just like I want it, nothing to add!
Well, maybe a Supercharger......
Wife just shakes her head.
I was considering tires, but I think I'm going to hold for now, the stock aren't terrible (and I'm not going to be going out in the boonies any time soon), and I'm going to drop that money on the stuff I mentioned above, plus a spray in bedliner.yep and go with the 285/75 18s. I got the drop-in Rugged Bedliner for my Overland and am very happy - simply because when I throw/drop stuff back there, it tends to deaden the clanging of things when they land in the bed. Just my preference - have gone this route with previous trucks, as well. Yeah, that's what I thought, too. No mods.Hey, I’m 68, done playin’ with this stuff.

We call those “Jeep gateway drugs”...eventually you’ll end up broke in a gutter, but your Jeep will have new bumpers, winch, bed rack, RTT, full belly pan, coilovers, portals and 42” tires...and you’ll continue to post here that your “build is almost done”.Yeah, that's what I thought, too. No mods.
Oh, what about accessories?
Tonneau, topper, Sunrider, car cover, fire extinguisher, GPS, lights, bed extender, air compressor, traction boards, etc, etc . . . over $4 grand now.
Sunrider is on the wish list, but probably gonna wait on that one. At least until it we get consistent warm weather.Yeah, that's what I thought, too. No mods.

Which in Florida is called February.....Sunrider is on the wish list, but probably gonna wait on that one. At least until it we get consistent warm weather.
According to Tire Rack’s website KO2s are not made in that size. I’m going with 275/70/18. The stock street tires may ride well but Jeep should be embarrassed for ever offering them for any JT or JK.yep and go with the 285/75 18s. They will look great on it!!
EXACTLY! See my license plate.Which in Florida is called February.....
Merry Christmas to youIt has begun...
Last night I ordered a Sho n Sto front plate bracket (I don't need one here in FLA, but I like having a plate up front - college, flag, etc), Hotheads and Sound Assassins for the top, and a Tyger folding bed cover. And I don't pick the damn thing up until this afternoon.
What have I done?
