Hey all, for years I have been a Yukon fan when it comes to aftermarket R&P, but I have seen more than a few horror stories of nuked R&P recently (Yukon knows about the issue). I am looking for another company that people have had good luck with...TIA

If you don't want to use Yukon it's hard to beat Dana-Spicer.

No personal experience but Alloy USA has great reviews. Might need to dive into some Youtube videos to check.

If I was going to regear. It would be Dana's. Too many horror stories about Yukon lately.

When I was getting the gears done, Dana Spicer was the only brand that I couldnt find a gear whine or gear issue post after a regear with on this or the JL forums. It was also what the Northridge guy said he'd use and I tend to trust him given he has access to pretty much any brand he wants via Northridge.

Also, for what its worth, my installer who does literally 2-3 jl/jt regears a week also will only use Dana-Spicer or Revolution but prefers dana spicer.

Motive Gear….. ??? their gears are on point! Their warranty is phenomenal! (Photo- installer issue…. Still hooked it up with a complete rebuild kit! ) have ram 3 Jeeps with their gears and zero issues. Run the proper break-in procedures and they will last!!! (Speed and fluid change requirements…)

Dana Spicer is what i regeared mine with. No wierd noises. In fact, i just drives normal and didn't even follows the break-in period of changing out the fluid at 500 miles, as i figured Jeep/Dana didn't break it in either. Over 6k miles now, going to change it soon though.

Wow, the Northridge guys must be dropping the ball these days...When I started talking about the Bomber Rockers I had a PM from them in no time with a quote and shipping time.

Thanks everyone for the opinions, looks like Dana gears will be my next purchase @Northridge4x4
