Looks like a standard Hotheads rear liner set to me.

That’s how it comes, except for the painters tape to mark where the 3m adhesive tape is on the back side, so you know where the ribs are in order to apply pressure on them but not between them. They have very good instructions and video. It’s not complicated, but the prep for the underside of the hard top where the liners are applied is very specific to insure adhesion..
