Trying to remove my skid plates to install the new front driveshaft.................easy right????? FUCK to the no, 2 of the 3 rear capture nuts in the rear cross member broke loose.

So I'm going to have to lobe the bolts off, drill the cross member out and install 1/2 x 13 Rivnuts.

Finished the CavFab steering, Steer Smarts track bar brace, Dynatrac ball joints, Bora wheel spacers. Drives pretty great. Rubs the ends of the rock rails at full lock now, so those need shortened.

Stuck some Firestone coil-rite bags in my JT today. Feels more like a 'truck' now IMO, had a pretty squishy ride before.

Over the past few weeks I've turned off some of the stupid with the tazer, leveled it with 1.5" kit, stuck a CB in it, tonneau cover, bed mat, and added a redarc brake controller.

We do trail runs with my wife's JKUR and when stuff gets real, my 1ton TJ. The JTW will be dedicated as a daily driver for myself, should be great in the snow and fun in the summer.

For sure. I tried to get them out for like 2 minutes and said fuck it. Ordered 1/2x13 rivnets and the mandrel for my rivnet setter and walked away.

In the morning I'll break out the cutoff wheel and be done. Work smarter not harder.
