Split the fenders. No going back now. It's a shame because I really like the the look of the full fenders with the DBOR extensions but I want to stuff these 40s.

On Saturday, I’ll be doing a transmission pan drop, drain, and pan replacement. Should be fun.

I noticed a small leak at the rear of the transmission pan.
Guess it's time for a fluid, fluid drain and Flush!

From everything I’ve read, and the several experts I’ve spoken to, don’t do a flush. Just drop the pan, drain what comes out, and perform the refill procedure with identical fluid. I’m using mopar Oem fluid. I don’t care if others claim to be compatible. I’m not risking it. I’m swapping in the PPE pan though, to get some better cooling and gain a drain plug.

Yes.
No flush, and I'd only use OEM on these.
A flush is not only over-rated, it's a bit of a risk.
How many decades did we go with transmissions with no converter drain, and heck, many had no pan drain plugs. They did fine with just the fluid and filter change - no flush.

I’m a beginner in compared to you and others, but that’s my understanding. Debris moves around and causes failures due to clogs.

That's what I've heard as well so maybe a fluid and filter change.
