Case in point: just realized the passenger bump didn’t extend back fullyThe Sumo's would do as much or more but its neat. But I can buy those sumas half as cheap as those jobs.

Sure. It’s from apex chassis.do you have a link to that sleeve??? I'm running the same teraflex drag link and I was just think this is dumb its on bottom and cant adjust or grease the joint easily installed
The 4bt weighs a ton.I've been watching a few videos on swapping the TJ 4.0 out for a Kubota mechanical diesel. It's pretty cool! I bet a 4bt would be nice in the gladiator
Die grinder with a cut off blade.Trying to get the driver side motor mount out. It failed. Anyone do this yet? All bolts and nuts are out. That wasn’t bad with the fender off. But haven’t been able to lift the engine high enough to clear the post.

But then I can’t get the new one back in. Doesn’t mean I wasn’t tempted.Die grinder with a cut off blade.
Nice work. I have the same brake lines. I’d suggest you now extend your abs cables to match. They’re now the shortest thing and will wreck your day if they break. I did a thread a year or two ago about doing custom length extending.Earlier this week I drove 2 hours one way to pick up a set of thin skinz for my rear doors(they have been difficult to find and on the hunt for a set for a year)

Then tonight I installed my Metalcloak extended rear brake lines. I have a trip to URE next weekend and I removed a bumpstop puck on each side per MC suggestion while on the CTI trailer but was also warned that I was close if not already maxing out my stock rear brake lines.

Also cleaned out the caked in mud in my rear rotor from Windrock a few weeks ago, I think this was giving me a shimmy feeling in the rear.

And finally I installed my grille stripe I picked up at SMJI from @Underground Graphics

best in the game. DiamondbackLove the bedcover. Which one is that?
I'm about to drill out my upper for top mount MetalCloak draglink. Do you have any lessons learned or tips or tricks?Pulled my drag link, drilled my knuckle to 7/8”, which was not fun at all, but it’s done. Cleaned it up and test for the new teraflex drag link in a top steer orientation.

Just go slow and be patient. Mine is the cast iron knuckle, so I used oil to cool the cut as I went. Couldn’t for the life of me find my machine oil, so I used gear oil.I'm about to drill out my upper for top mount MetalCloak draglink. Do you have any lessons learned or tips or tricks?
