And put decals back on the shock reservoirs. Maybe the updated lift won’t allow the tires to scrape them off. Only one way to find out.

Oh yeah. When I reinstalled the engine tranny skid, I noticed a clearance issue with the PPE pan. Cosmetic damage to one cooling fin. So removed the skid, cut out the area with the issue, painted it, and sanded the fin on the pan. Then I got super lucky and jacked up a next venture weld nut fitting, and a big countersink m12x1.5 bolt. So had to buy a tap and tie to repair the threads as well as I could. I didn’t have an extra bolt and couldn’t find one to buy. So cut the end off and used the die to correct those threads. That bad luck cost me at least 4 hours.

I probably would have hunted up an old mudflap 😂😂 to go on top the wood
It was pine, so I’m sure it was softer than a quality mud flap.

No scarier than any other crazy shit I’ve gotten myself into I guess. But I hated it while I was doing it. And I’ll be nervous until it starts with no codes.

I am sorta astounded that they are hydraulic . Guess it would really cut down on vibrations.

Finally did the rear fender chop on my 22 Sport S. I had previously put on some Rubicon takeoff fenders to chop the front but wasn’t sure for awhile if I wanted to chop the rear or not but decided to take the plunge. Only took me about 1 1/2 hours taking my time. I will probably ultimately paint the little exposed portion under the rear of the flares that are the Snazzberry body color and make it black.

Haha I love their products too. I have their front bumper, hood lifts, half and full rack on mine as well

That looks good. Any picks more of a true side view?

I wish. I really wish. It’s an 8mm, but does not budge. Not on the new one either. @Hootbro found the service manual for this job and it didn’t mention that either. It’s finally done after three days on this. Nasty.
I see I was a day late and a dollar short. Sorry!

I appreciate the thought though. Really do. I looked at the same thing. I gave it some pretty good tries. It’s not moving.

Not that it matters now, but a bigger hammer is usually the answer.😎
