Inside (side you don't see when they're mounted under the truck) painted red. Can't decide if I'm going to do a second coat. Outside will be black Herculiner.

You won't actually see the red. It will be inside the skid plates. I did think of doing red raptor liner on the bottom.
Why not that would look Radical !!!

Got off work a little early today and installed the JKS Manufacturing front track bar this afternoon. Used 9/16" Grade 8 hardware. I will say there was a lot of preload on the Rusty's Off Road track bar reinforcement bracket as it was installed loose with the OEM track bar and everything tighten down. Had to loosen things up again to get the new JKS track bar installed.

Maybe I'll just paint the other side red to see how it looks. I really don't want to waste $100 or more on red bedliner, only to hate it. $25 in paint wouldn't be the end of the world. I could always recoat with red raptor liner if I like it.

Flappy paddles and painted the trim piece in a matte black. No more getting blinded by stupid chrome!

Now I just need to figure out how I'm going to het the airbag trim black also.

Did you have to replace the steering wheel to add the paddle shifters?

So today starting at 10am and finishing at 6pm with an hour ir so for lunch me and my Uncle Rick replaced Sparkplugs , Coil Packs , and injectors. And the camsensor on the drivers bank 2, plus both seals on each bank for the high lift cam oil sensors. In the one pick you will see the O-ring lube. That stuff was amazing. Also cleaned the plenum out with Non non-chlorinated brake cleaner and also cleaned the throttle body out ,and the EGR valve got a very thorough cleaning as well. This was a thorough cleaning. the o-ring lube was also used on the 6 new plenum seals that I also installed. It was a big job . But I was amazed at the increased power and acceleration. Even holding a higher gear on several hills I travel alot so I know this wasnt placebo
In the pics you will several plugs and gap measurements. #6 was the worst and probably where I was getting an occasional rough idle when cold. They ranged in gap from 43-46 .
P.S. shoot out to @WILDHOBO & @Maximus Gladius for some links to the lift solenoid seals and both on several guidance tips.

That looks like work! I try to limit my weekend debauchery to leisurely things. Just kidding. Good job!

If you paint that skid up right it will match the interior design. Then its off to the salon and suit Taylor's

Super impressed and it didn’t take the two of you long at all! What’s up with that crappy spark plug? Were they all that way? Was there any part of that you’d do differently?

That was #6 all the rest looked much better. All but that 6th one was in the gap range very close. One thing I thing I would do is get a lay down creeper that was murder climbing up on top that lifted Jeep to get to alot if the bolts.

Go with @Metalcloak HD tie rod. Mine has almost 15K on it and lots of heavy wheeling and I had the wheels off last week checking everything and they are still super tight and fresh still.
My Apex tie rod joints has over 25k miles and still tight. Brand new Synergy joints has a little up and down play in them. I think it's their spring loaded top hat that they claimed to make the joint last longer.
