2020 Gladiator Sport W/ Max Tow pkg.
Did a routine and uneventful oil change then moved on to the differentials. Full cover off examination and I’m pleased that everything looked good, no chunks of metal to be found. 2020 Max-tow so I went with Royal Purple 75-140 for the rear axle, and their 75-90 for the front. Typical metallic slur in the drainage but no chunks of metal! Transfer case and transmission are next, hopefully this coming week.

I'm still just standing here, Evan Williams Bottled in Bond and Zero Doctor Pepper Coconut in a Regulation podcast Gurpler in hand and looking at my JT still procrastinating cutting the bed...

But also if you're a millennial like me (I know most of you on this forum are like 85+) then check out Regulation Podcast. Also listen to Deliberately Lost Outdoors. I don't think the dude promotes himself much but he walks amongst us, like a weird ass Minnesotan zombie

Man, I really do feel like a Minnesotan zombie lately. I need a break! We have a trip end of June and it can't get here soon enough.

Been a busy Gladiator month. Clayton 3.5 with HD rear springs and Falcon shocks. Added some Builtright Packout storage, a decked half slide with Packout mounts. Today installed a 60% goose gear seat delete that I traded my old Fox ATS stabilizer for. I had to trim out a section to accommodate the unofficial use only door pockets, but came out good enough for someone with shit wood working skills.

Replaced the main battery. Out with the old and in with the new. Old battery was working since January 2022 so pretty good for the OEM.

Sounds amazing. I wish. I’ll be starting an 800’ fence project. I’d rather be wheeling with you though.

That’s looks like TONS OF FUN!!!!! Hopefully you have an auger. If not you’re gonna be lookin like Popeye in a few hours. :CWL:
We do have a small auger on our tiny tractor. 9” and 12” bits. 32” long plus the 7” extension that arrives tomorrow. It’s still going to take a couple of weeks I’d guess. 85 posts.

Is that concrete bags or you going old school and just rocking it in? That auger should blow through the hard part in a couple days. Setting posts with a 2x jig will speed things along too.

69 50# fast set bags for the 4” line posts. Going to put a small gravel layer underneath. 16 80# high strength for the 16 6” corner and gate posts. What’s a 2x jig? I was just going to plumb them with a post tamper and level. If there’s a faster way, I’m all ears. Pretty uneven ground on lots of it. So positioning the auger will be a thing.

3 2x4 scrap pieces screwed together that reach out past the edge of the holes. Makes it easier to square everything up if doing it solo.

That would help in some spots. Lots of them are going into a hill. Probably would still work. Thankfully my wife will be helping a decent amount. If it goes slow, I’ll make one. Thanks. I love jigs. This is my first fence.
