Well, my buddy shop is the installer and stand behind their work. Hoping yours isn’t the norm. Ugh!
It's not the "work" that's of concern - it's the parts. Hope he doesn't have to eat that cost. But if he stands behind the whole thing, parts and his work.......... then hope for him they hold up.

Apparently they had over-sized openings for the bushings, or, the bushings were a bit small for the ends. There's supposed to be a certain amount of force required when bushings are pressed into any suspension or steering parts.
I recall another company that ran into a similar issue - they, of course, like everyone does because no one makes their own bushings - ended up with bushings now and then that didn't take the spec'd force to press them in. The solution int that case was 3 spot welds to prevent bushing migration in the part.

Just bought a JKS JSPEC 3” progressive spring lift kit with Fox 2.5s that will be installed next week. JT lost some height with all the goodies onboard. White knuckle sliders, Quadratec skid set, WARN winch, RSI Smartcap, 35”s on KMC WHEELS, Metalcloak diff skids, etc, etc…. Pics to follow.
you will thank yourself for the skids, while i was installing the lift this weekend I got a good look at the dents in my factory ones from Jericho

It was yesterday, but it’s been sitting on the battery tender for two weeks so I took it out for a drive in the back country hills to Lake Matthew’s and back. About 50 miles. It made for a good Sunday afternoon drive.

Drove it to work. It had not been driven for three days, and the brake pedal was very stiff when I got it. It was so hard to press that the truck didn't even recognize that I was pressing it, so it would not start. I finally pushed as hard as I could and got the truck to start, and then the brake pedal went back to normal. This thing does not like not being driven.

Weird. Mine sits for a week and the brake pedal is normal.

Any brake mods? Mine is mostly unchanged, but with powerstop rotors and pads.

Garage. The temperature was a bit warmer today than when I parked it Friday though.
I’d need to do some research, but that’s what I was thinking as well. I wonder if a reasonable brake fluid temp change, at rest, would increase pressure enough to feel it at the pedal.
