Got several orders from a few vendors finish in to do up the chassis upgrades.

Chassis armored, beefier Arms and joints to keep things rock solid and tight, full fluid change and gonna address the Locker sensors with some preventative potting.

Build plan is to Regear and do 35” along with a tune and possibly a new clutch. So doing all the foundational stuff to get to there. I think I’ll somehow restrain myself to wait until the warranty expires before I go gutting it all. I also haven’t unconvinced myself that a supercharger is needed so I think I need to build up and just useit and abuse it for a while then see how much More I need.

Parts Order 1 - Oct. 1st
Trans and Case Fluids
Flush brakes
Undercloak Skids
Paint Diff Covers
Pot lockers
Diff fluid
Metalcloak Diff skids

Parts Order 2 - Nov. 6th
Dana/Spicer Ball Joints
Synergy Brace
Metalcloak Tie rod
Metalcloak Drag link
Final Alignment

Well I am sad to say... More of the parts for my AAL inner fenders..

Originally received them last Thursday.

While unboxing I noticed the front's were incorrect. Was supposed to have the cutout for the Falcon shocks & didn't.. Ok not too big of a deal. Call them & find out there was some confusion with my order & depending on where they looked some places showed the cutouts & others didn't. They send out the correct part's.

Today I see UPS in inbound with them so I decide to get a head start on it. I go to put on the rear ones. Upon reading the directions a few times I cant find stuff I am supposed to have & have a bunch that I shouldn't.. Realize that they sent me the rear kit for a JL instead of a JT. I send pictures & talk to them again.. Now frustrated by the whole situation.. They are sending me a JT rear kit...

Get the delivery from UPS with the correct front sheet metal & begin the installation.. Grab the parts from the directions & get at it.. First bracket isn't lining up.. Like at all.. Re read the directions & see where it says at the top to see the gladiator addendum.. Find that & find out that I don't have the right brackets.. Call them & after explaining they are sending me the right brackets..

So what does my JT have coming in the mail.. Box's number 3 & 4 to these inner fenders..

Note: AAL screwed my order up pretty bad, but the packaging was excellent, fit & finish of what I have is top notch & they have been super good to work with once getting a hold of them each time. So I am not complaining about AAL. I think all the screw ups stem from the same error with my order when not all the correct info got passed on to all the hands involved.

I had a bit of trouble with AAL as well. They fixed it for me pretty fast. I think they are having problems getting workers or keeping them.

It's very TOIGHT!
Dragged my rear diff on the last off road adventure. Just a tiny bit, but now I feel fearless.

May flip those two bolts. But I want to get a torque wrench on them anyway.
They say 50 is the spec and I have a great torque wrench at work

Easy peasy install @Metalcloak

I've had my new Gladiator for less than a week. Today I ordered a bug deflector, splash guards for front and rear, and a hood blackout decal.
I was driving yesterday late in the afternoon and the glare off of the hood was horrendous. Even after putting on sunglasses. I have the Granite Crystal paint.

Okay I wasn’t done. Couple more things to round out my suspension.

Hellwig rear sway bar
Carrier bearing spacer
Front and rear stainless lines.

On the docket is a fluid change across the board and $40 off at Northridge made the brake lines just squeak over the order minimum and a good time to do it.
