What have you MADE for your Gladiator?

Modified my aluminum aftermarket front number and welded in a hitch receiver then a HD front rack for my Honda generator. So far that’s it.

This will be covered with aluminum. I plan to have no side doors and the back hatch will be locked in place by the tailgate - which conveniently locks. While looking for paint I find the PSC color is $110 / quart... wow

Are you concerned about overloading the front end at all?
My Overland Diesel hits the bumpers if I go over to big a bump so I know I don't have much weight to spare up front.

Aluminum bumper .Honda is 44 lbs plus the winch.
So far so good.

the frame is attached to the camper rails with t-slot nuts. It is very secure, even off-road.

My friend bought his first ever welding tools and wants to learn the trade. I told him I could use some cheap tie-downs and he whipped these up. M6x1.0 bolts welded to a ring, grinded down a bit and painted.

Updating my earlier post. Finally skinned the cap. I don't own a sheet metal brake so finish quality is not what I would hope for but its functional - no leaks!!
Nicnamed Frank as I also suck at welding aluminum - its about as pretty as Frankenstein!!
Real happy with the back lid - is ~1/2" below the top of the gate so I don't need any locks at all.
When I get the time it will come off for final trim and paint.
