Storage rack in the bed for pots and pans, food box and recovery gear box. This is in an AluCab canopy camper.

Love that set up. The storage, cap and a Sting Gray Mojave looks sharp together. I'm curious - how and where did you mount the 80/20 to the bed?

The rack sits on the floor for most of the support, and then it is connected at the front and back to the bed rail. It is pretty secure. We have wheeled it pretty hard without anything moving as long as the boxes are strapped down.

Only the following so far....

A light bar for my front plastic bumper.

Simple mounting brackets for a lockable ATV box to secure it to the bed rail system.

Quick mounts for an Element fire extinguisher to mount on driver's seat adjusting bar.

Do you have more pics?
It's really pretty simple. I just bent this piece of sheet metal. The rubber insert that it fits under has locator pegs in the back that I cut off. This is clamped down using small pieces of sheet metal on both sides with the existing screws. You don't even lose space in the tray. (Pardon the dust!)

Made some progress on the rack. A couple coats of paint and I’m calling it done. Hoping to finally get my kayak out this weekend!!!

You all will probably laugh but I made a cap inclosure out of a full sized one. Its not done and I truly suck at TIG welding aluminum so Ive named it Frank (Short for Frankenstein). When its done I'll share more but here's the start. Figure to have about $400 into it including paint... we will see.

Rack is done. As typical with projects, it took a lil longer and cost a lil more than anticipated but at least I can get my yak to the lake/River now.
