What have you MADE for your Gladiator?

Yes, I was only able to use one of the original holes, and had to turn another into countersunk slot because of overlap. Thankfully, I have a small benchtop mill which made short work of it. If I had to do it again, I would have started with undrilled L-Track. But that stuff is hard to source.

Built a top rack for my RSI cap. Crossbars are 1x2 extruded aluminum and side bars are 1/4" x 2" aluminum bar. I cut the slots on my router table with a 1/4" spiral upcut bit in small depth increments until the holes were through.

I made a bunch of stuff so far. CB antenna mount, phone and tablet mounts, (modified) rhino rack roof rails and a mount for my roof top tent.
Tent mount:

The bed rack is made from 16 gauge 1"×2" steel tubing and 1"×1" steel tubing. It mounts to the stock holes for a bedcover front and rear.
The aluminum thing's (as yet unpainted) are mounts for rotopax cans. The roof rack is made from Yakima crossbars and feet mounted to a modified set of Rhino rack fiberglass topper rails. Yes...the yakima stuff fits the rhino rails very well. I shortened the Yakima roof basket so it wouldn't hang over the front or rear of the top. I'm planning to hang lights on the front of the basket. (Money,money,money,repeat....)

Made tag light harness to use the factory plug. Used bolt lights for the RR HD bumper.

I have made a few things. Some easy some a little complicated
But all you see on my gladiator is all home made
I even did all the inside myself as well
Just wanted to make it my own style really.
If you look at the cost of the parts you can buy off the internet it just seemed like highway robbery.
So I made them myself.
The front a rear bumpers, the grill which is interchangeable
The screen cowl, the wing mirror guards.
I had a lot of fun doing it too.
If anyone saw the pics of the slide in I built that was all home made too. I have taken it off for now as it was a little too heavy for my comfort, so I have lowered it and changed the design a little.( Probably be finished in a couple of months as I had to stop due to knee surgery)

If anyone lives near me
South Florida I would be willing share how to do and even help construct the ideas they might have for their gladiator,

They are wing mirror protectors. I got the idea from fab fours, but I modified mine to shroud the whole mirror section almost like a suit of armour
Came out petty cool. The hardest bit was getting both left and right the same. I made them from cardboard 1st then fabricated them in metal.

Made these light mounts that also incorporate antenna provisions. The main forward lamps are below the hood line so no scatter on the hood, and the lights are far enough outboard so as not to interfere with the windshield folding.

Could you show a full photo of your rig? Would love to see the wrap I'm assuming you put on.

So, I attached a string from the top of my garage ceiling with a tennis ball on the end so I would know just how far I could pull up in the garage to get the back of the JT out from under the garage door. Feeling fairly clever and proud, and then I come on this thread and see what y'all have done.............
Think I'll go rip my ball and string out of the ceiling.............ha.

Yikes! That glass looks expensive if thieves want to break in for something in the bed.
