I see what your talking about now. You can see it on the top rim of that large rubber isolator.

What is the brownish thing above that? I took a look under mine and didn’t immediately see something of that color there.

that rear body mount is almost right in line with the break between the cab and bed. If you look down from ok top is there anything of note?

I wiped it off earlier today a d just re-checked...there are some new droplets. I felt all around and above and couldn’t find any oil? Checked the Driver side and it’s bone dry.

Maybe it's cosmoline leaking. It's the shipping grease they splatter under new cars so it doesn't rust on transport

Well this is getting complicated. Was hoping it was an easily identifiable issue. Looks like a trip to the dealership is indicated...
I would. It's probably nothing (fingers crossed) but you need peace of mind.

Looks like it could be a defective hydrobushing. Definitely have the dealer check it.
I’ll be curious to find out if the dealership is set up to replace that if that is what it is. Normally with leaky hydrobushings in control arms they just replace the whole arm, this would be a different animal.

Had no idea there were fluidic bushings on this. Might explain all the creaking noises I'm getting from the front mount area. That's probably what it is. Like others have said, there are no other fluids in that area.

Will check when I get home. I wonder if this is where all the fluid drained out of when I parked on the incline?

It's the fluid filled body mount leaking. I had the same problem and the dealership just replaced the whole thing. All under warranty of course.

That is a little suspect. My didn't leak until 10k miles and then some Colorado trails and a few days in Moab.

Update back from the dealership: "Body Mount is Not Hydraulic and contains no fluid". States only the motor mounts are hydraulic. Thinks it's just some assembly grease leaking out. WTF? Are these Body Mounts hydraulic or not?

The term hydraulic was misused, hydro is closer to the action.

It is a rubber isolator that is tuned for the factory weight of the vehicle.

If you've ever seen a pump on rubber isolators in an equipment room, you've seen what is inside the can on your Jeep.
