im like afraid to sip on alcohol lately since the other night. Im not sure what my deal is, but I play in local bans, and often times have late nights playing music that includes maybe a couple beers or a shot or two.
Well the last few gigs, a few hours after the gig and at home, I will get crazy panic attacks, and feel like i have a super bad hangover, I end up puking as well, and feel like im about to die. This has been after not many drinks.
I am not sure if its because the lack of food i had during those days and then just ending it all with some drinks, or if something in my body at 37 years old is now saying NO MORE. Its very strange lately.
Anyone get what seems like hangovers super quick after what you think is very little??
