So today I help my buddy install his Rugged Ridge front bumper on his JL Rig, exact bumper I got and he's running close to the same setup lift wise that I got, 2.5" Readylift SST lift kit. That part turned out great
Before we started he was asking me about how it drove with the new lift installed. He said the steering was all over the place. I told him it should not be and start inspecting only to find that they didn't tighten one the screw on the driver side and passenger side was about to fall out.
Same shop did my lift 2 yrs ago and has done work on my stuff over the past 20yrs. I called up there with the guy to voice my frustrations and his and they told me that they are under new management and have revamp the staff to better serve the customer. I ask for my guy Bobby or His wife, the 2 main people I use to deal with and they aren't no longer employed there. This really ticks me off and apparently they got a bunch of morons working there now. Found some loose bolts on the Geo Brackets as well. Looks like I'll be looking for another shop or making time to do my own work. Really Sad!
