Wheel/tire jack

Does anyone make a wheel/tire jack or dolly capable of handling 35x12.5” tires so I don’t have to lift them to the axel?

I use a harbor freight flat pry bar under the tread to lever it up into place.

Are you saying to put the plastic white wheel where the black wheel is? I have had one of these for 5 years now and it works pretty well.

My 70 year old back does it easily with a small piece of 2x4 and 24 inch crow bar., I do have a adjustable wheel dolly but went back to the 2x4 and crow bar method it just works easier for me.
