Which to do first - lift or wheels/tires?

One step at a time. Do I lift first (Mopar 2" lift and track bar) or wheels and 35s?

Are you a Rubicon or a mojave? If so then go wheels and tires since 35s fit already.

If it's Max Tow Sport then wheels and tires already fit as well. If it's a Rubicon, Mojave or Max Tow sport then go wheels and tires.

Really depends. If the 35s fit your trim with basic suspension than I say wheels/tires first. If not than lift. Most cases 35s are going to fit nearly any trim without a lift, I just wouldnt push it off road if it’s close until lifted

I vote wheels and 35s. Also add a 3/4 to 1in spacer to the front to get you by until you can add the lift. The spacers are cheap ($40) and can still be used with the mopar 2” lift in the front to level it some if you decide on front bumper with winch.

This is my sport with my old wheels and 35s. You can see that with a spacer in the front it would have sit pretty good until I did the lift.

I ran 35s on BR wheels with NO lift for a few months and had no issues or rubbing at all. Get the wheels and tires and you can always do a cheap spacer lift or level kit to keep you happy till you save the $$$ for the molar lift. Just my $0.02
