White CJ retro wheels on a Sarge Green Gladiator

I know some people in another thread were interested in what sarge green and white wheels would look like, I have your answer. Kind of a crap picture, I’ll post more tomorrow! I think it looks pretty good, I’m gonna run it like this for a while and if I change my mind on the white I’m gonna paint match the wheels sarge green

Definitely not the way I’d go, but each to their own. If you like it, Fuck what others think
If you were to go a step further and ad some stripes like some of those older paint jobs had, then i could see the white looking better in my opinion.

I was forced to keep my old Fuel Zephyrs from my JTR Gaser when I traded it in on my Sarge Green JTRD. I have the Teraflex DeltaForce Big Brake Kit and the stock wheels wouldn’t fit over the larger brakes. But i think the Illusion Red looks good with the green!

They remind me of what was on our '77 Tan Suburban. Those had blue and red stripes around the outer edge.

Here it is in the sun in all of its glory. I actually really dig it. The wheels might look a bit off, I think it’s due to the Jeep and it’s tires being dirty while the wheels are spotlessly clean, looks a bit odd. Just need to get ‘em both dirty to match lol

For context I had these wheels on my 2 door JK for a while but moved them to the gladiator because I intend to sell the 2 door and wanted to keep these wheels. I like the white on green a lot more than I thought I would. Now I just need 37s and a lift!

The smaller tires may have also contributed my opinion too. Are those Falkens AT’s? The Master’s Toy’s have a better look to them IMO and that could make a difference too.

The wheels look too big, and I didn’t even catch that in my first glance.
Like I said though man, if you love it, everyone else’s opinions!

I like the white wheel look it is a throw back as a couple of my old Jeeps (J-10 and CJ-2A) had them and go your own path don’t get the same as everyone else. Nice Jeep!….Jack
