Wide Fenders/Flares

Hey fellas -

Did a quick search and didn't find anything definitive for front and rear.

Anyone out there making wide enough fenders to mostly cover off 15+ inch width tires? 40s.

Contact a manufacturer whose design you like and see if they will custom make you wider ones. Worth a try.

The recon package comes with extended flares that should be able to be ordered from Mopar. I believe they add .75". It will be hard to get anything wide enough to cover them though...mine stick out ~3" out side of the high top fenders. 40x15.50 on -25mm offset wheels.

Road Stealth does these 12inch for the front - but nothing for the back for our Gladiators.

I would reach out to Metalcloak, I would hope they could make the flare as wide as requested, maybe with an up charge. As previously stated they only have front available, in both metal and alum.

Epic Adventure Outfitters on your side of the border carry fender extensions that add a few inches of coverage. Worth a look. They’re pricey but tire coverage laws don’t care…

Reached out. This is a no go. They don't make custom products - at least not for singular customers/buys.

Might be able to get someone here to edit them though!

I’d be interested in a set eventually, muddy up here in Alberta, Canada and I’d be worried about the flair extensions off roading, getting wrecked too easily
