Wife Stole the Gladiator :)

Hi, new to the forum, new to the Gladiator but not new to Jeep's.
Quick intro and photo's, purchased a 2023 Texas Trail edition but funds kept it completely stock for just over a year. The wife and I share the car for daily driving but the time finally came around to drop some $$$'s into her. Read many threads on the forum, a wealth of great information and advice out there.
Mods to date include Body Armor bumpers, Go Rhino running boards, tonneau cover, 1.50" front leveling kit, Fuel Fortress 17 x 9 wheels on 35" Nitto Ridge Grappler tires, Mojave grill. Really liking the look but feel the hood is next on the chopping block. Unfortunately the wife likes it more and steals her daily

Just an awesome looking JT. Love the way the 35s, the front bumper and the running boards all come together to make a mean Jeep!

My wife has a '19 GC Ltd, as her daily driver. She loves when it has to go in for routine maintenance because she gets to drive my Overland (ordered 5/19, delivered 7/19). She loves the looks she gets when she's driving it (and she does remember to wave to other JT and Wrangler drivers, and likes getting the wave back) and, she loves driving it because it's different than her car.

I was thinking the same, I've always seen that the Mojave grill and hood have to be done together.

An actually…. around here where I live, I see more women driving Jeeps & including JT’s….. than I see guys.

As for mods….I’m keeping it level headed. No girlie mods or girlie colors. No purple handles or pink cowl covers and only 3 ducks on the dash. I have to keep its ‘Jeep’ (or ‘manly‘) appearance so the hubby can still drive it with dignity. Besides, I hate all the stuff ladies are adding to make it ‘girly’….to me, its just cheesy.

Whatever you decided to do with it…. just make sure you HAVE FUN with it together!!

Lift it high, put some 37's on it, and claim your Jeep back. That's what I did.

Then I bought the wife a black JLUR and let her pick her own mods ... Costly mistake.

Same here! I see more women driving Jeeps than men. I'm starting to question my masculinity. Not really, my daily driver is still my 2014 Duramax wt. My wife has been driving the JT more often lately. Her Grand Cherokee needs some love and attention that I don't have the time for.

My wife did notice the Bilsteins 5100's. She said it drives and handles much better on the highway.

Thanks Freddy. I spent months reviewing all the parts, especially the wheels, to get the look I was after. No reason any Gladiator needs to look the same

My wife has her own purple (reign) JLU. The only mods are appearance. It will never see trails. She a blue ribbon quilter, not a mechanic or an off road driver. She couldn't anyway with her arm situation.
She loves her purple jeep, and Rudolph - maybe because he's a misfit too but she thinks he's cute.
