Wireless Bluetooh Speaker Issues

All- having issues with connecting to the wireless bluetooth speaker. I unpaired my phone to try to get a friend to pair his over the weekend, and now 0 phones can connect. Does anyone have any ideas?

I had the same problem with my Bluetooth speaker. It wouldn't pair with any phone. Took it to the dealer and they couldn't get it to pair with anything either. They ordered a new one for me that works fine. More than a few of these speakers weren't working from the factory, but the dealer should make it right for you.

I did the hard reset that was in the other post I linked above and it worked. I'm wondering if its just some weird setting that only 1 phone can be linked at once.

Were you able to connect more than one phone?

Wife got her Glad in June, the speaker didn’t work so dealership in town got us another. That reset wasn’t known about at that time.
Any Bluetooth I’ve seen can only have one phone to it at a time. We have 3 here.

Yeah- i know only one can play at a time. but other BT speakers i have at least lets multiple phones connect and then one to play. I'm just happy i was able to get it connected. We'll see if other issues continue.

Not Pairing with Android. My BT speaker will pair with iphones (if i do that hard reset protocol) but no luck with my android. My phone doesn't even see it in the Bluetooth scan list. Anyone else having this issue? Should I just go to the dealer.

I use an Android and was able to connect off a fresh reset with the speaker. It may be time for a trip to the dealer unfortunately

Mine wouldn’t pair on delivery. No iPhone or android. They ordered a new one and I got it today. Pair’s with iPhone and android now. They must have had a bad batch. I’m happy now.
