I called curt this am they have a plug and play in the works but no release date. I'm trying to set mine up for flat tow. Really don't want to cut the wires yet..,

Buy the CURT 55384 and then you are just cutting the new harness, not the OEM harness.

I know this is an old thread however I am looking to find the color wires for the backup lights. I got a new rear bumper and it has light pods in it that would make backing up much easier at night. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I know this is an old thread however I am looking to find the color wires for the backup lights. I got a new rear bumper and it has light pods in it that would make backing up much easier at night. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
They’re normally white and brown. If those aren’t there you’ll have to narrow it down my year and trim. That’s what I have in my notes though. Want to tap them for a loud annoying beepy thing when I go into Reverse. 🤪
