What got me black badging?

So I'm quite happy about it, by why is my Jeep logo on the tailgate black?
Black wheels I selected?
LED lights I selected?
Stingrey I seleceted?

Just curious.
I thought all Gladiators had black badging but then I saw a red one with regular taillights and a silver Jeep logo.

Sport S and Willy’s get black badging. Overland gets the chrome badging. Rubicon gets the gray with red outline badging.

Overland got silver however I've blacked mine all out.

Different strokes for different folks. It's why they make all of the different trim levels. I personally love the silver accents on my Overland. The silver around the headlights reminds me of my two TJs. The only badging I changed is the Gladiator stickers on the fenders to the 80th Anniversary badges.

Super cheap, easy fix. It was my second mod after tinting the front windows. I think only a few days after I had it.

And for some reason I have silver on my bumper, which I thought was the overland bumper. I actually like that, it's like the brushed metal color. Thought I saw most sports with an all black bumper. Maybe the Sport S is what starts the silver trim on the bumper.

Where did you order the overlay. Do you have it on the fender badging?

Yes I've bought several parts done like this. It's all painted, hydro dipped, and cleared by Distinction Applied in FL. Great folks to do business with but it's pricey. They do offer core replacement money back on some of the items.
