For a limited time, we’re offering special pricing on our new release FOX Performance Series 2.5 shocks for Jeep JLs with 2.5- to 3.5-inch lift heights for this group only: $899.95/set of 4.

New FOX Performance Series 2.5-inch diameter shocks have more surface area and increased oil capacity of the shock compared to 2.0, allowing for more heat dissipation. Larger diameter valve shims translate to smoother feel: think firmness without harshness, allowing for a softer tune. The 50 percent more piston surface area compared to 2.0 provides less damping fade and more bottom-out control at higher speeds. Plus, the integrated rear roost guard ensures protection of the shaft from stones, mud, and other debris.

They don't fit a Gladiator do they? Second did you ever come up with a dedicated lift for the diesel Gladiator?

If Fox did as horrible of a job with the valving as they did with the 2.5 elite.....No go for sure!

They have a quality product, just would be nice if they did more testing than sand washes? Not every road in the country in strait and not everyone drives unloaded all the time.

The 2.5 Performance Elite is a DSC shock. Have you tried tuning with the DSC?

Front is 26.67" x 17.76" x 8.91", rear is 28.14" x 18.63" x 9.51".
Way too short for 2.5-3.5" lifts properly bumped........... Good for a 1-2" leveled truck bumped for 37's

I disagree. The travel of these shocks fall inline with the full line of FOX shocks. Factory Race 3.0's are less travel than these 2.5's.

I'm not trying to be a smartass here because you guys should be an expert being in the same parent company to Fox. I'm just so sick of the misinformation on the net that people keep regurgitating as the gospel. People look to outfits like you to know what you are talking about, so the info should be correct.

I have found 28.5" front and 28" rear are the target numbers for max travel with the stock front driveline and rear brake hoses on a leveled Rubi cycled bumped for 37's. Lifted heights could utilize longer shocks assuming the front driveline, longer rear brake hoses, and spring that have a long enough free length.

Yes, what you list will "bolt in and work", but it's not even close to Ideal for a lifted truck and would never roll out of my shop like that.
