Do you have a write up of that relay install? Would love to do the same thing.
I didnt do a video or take a bunch of pics, but if you've worked on vehicle wiring, or ever installed offroad lights before, this should be fairly easy to follow.

The light bar came with a harness and relay along with a lighted dash switch. Pretty much like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071ZPX32N

I used the harness pretty much as is, except I clipped 2 of the 3 wires running to the switch in the kit, leaving only the wire that already ran to terminal 85 on the relay. That's the trigger wire that I ran to the left front headlight. Now, I have seen posts here or in the JL forums where people unbundled the main harness and tapped the hi beam wire there, but I really did not want to do that. Nor did I want to take apart the front of the Jeep to reach the right side headlight bucket, which would have kept the wiring short. I found I could reach the left side bucket connector by hand without taking anything apart, and it had enough slack in it for me to tap into the wire and make a solder connection with only having to cut back the loom less than an inch. The first pic shows how the relay is wired, the second pic shows which terminal was the high beams on the left bucket connector. The wire itself was white with a green stripe I believe. I did not use any of the crimp on connections and plugs included with the harness. I soldered, heat shrinked, and taped all the connections.

I have the halogen headlights, and unlike when I did this to the JK Wrangler, I did not need to reprogram the high beam voltage to keep the relay from clicking. Really, the hardest part was running and zip tying the new wires along existing harnesses to keep it as neat looking as possible.

As this is wired, when AUX 1 is on, the offroad lights will turn on and off with the high beam headlights. When the switch is off, they will not. Should satisfy any sort of vehicle inspections in most states. Aux 1 is programmed with latching on, only works with ignition, and switch recalls last state it was in when vehicle is restarted.

Picked up a $20ish dead pedal during the last Amazon Prime deals, installed that this morning. No instructions, but it was easy enough to figure out. I think I may need to make a spacer to position it a little better. I'm about to make the 4-5hr drive to work for the week, we'll see how it is where it's at now.

Nice mount! I went for one on the tunnel. How do you like yours?

This is actually mounted with a RAM mount arm but you could put one of these on the molle...

I really like it. I started with one in my JKU as it is actually a Dara Holsters set up made for the JKU. I liked it so much that I adapted one to work with the JT’s rails by using a longer RAM mount arm and smaller clamp device. The molle would make that adaptation easier I would think.

I looked at the tunnel mount option but I notice that I rest my knee in that spot so much that I feared it would annoy me. I’ve been happy with this mount as it is less visible to others and it doesn’t interfere with my normal sitting “stance”.

Installed an Icon stage 4 & hydro bump stops. My first lift :)

(getting those rear springs in was total garbage…. I missed something where I should have taken the control arms loose)

Storm coming...went to winter mode and dropped in the spacer for the drive shaft...
Look at that happy pinion angle.

What a day! Got er done except for minor wiring. Special thanks to @svc707 for the plates. Bumper on and snow plow ready for Mother Nature when she shows up. Ended up doing grill accents while at it. With plow, bumper and winch I lost 1 3/8” in height but I have 1.5” spacer lift up front so I’m good! But tired.

Interesting that they toe’ed you in vs toe’ed you out.

I have always adjusted toe in the driveway and used a 4’ level along the outside of each tire- shot for 1/16” toe out.
Tow in is where I have seen a lot of guys have more issues with amplifying death wobble.
Wouldn’t toe OUT cause issues since your wheels will be starting facing slightly outward and then go farther out as you drive and road force pushes them back…unless im completely missing something its my understanding that a 1/16th toe IN sets the wheels slightly inward (fronts of tires toward center of vehicle) so when you’re driving the road force pushes them slightly back so they’re straight, making the vehicle steer and track appropriately.

I put the Superlift dual stabilizer on today with Bilsteins. Took about an hour and a half to do with an extra set of hands.
