depends…
Yes, had I inserted “deep” following “OFFROAD”… and before “snow”…

Basically the same principle(s) as with varying mud conditions;
If there is traction needing to be reached… narrow.
If one needs to stay on top… wide.

I get it. I do.
Mornings before coffee are not my strong suit.

I'm leaning towards the 33x10 (255/85r17) Toyo AT3's. Why didn't you you like your tires in that size? Just wanted bigger?
I’m confused by your numbers, but the OP’s tires (& mine) are 255/85R17. They are not 33x10, but marketed (yet not quite) 35s.

Well I measured my M/T Baja Boss, they are 34.5” tall on the truck. So pretty darn close to 35”

Right, and in @Blade1668 's original post, he said he wishes he had gotten the 35's instead of the 33's he "got for a good price." So he has the 33's but wishes he has the 35's y'all have.

I'm looking at the 33x10 (255/80) because I don't want to go all the way to a 35" with 3.73 gears, so I'm wondering why he says he wishes he had the 35's.

There it is 255/85 vs 255/80. That’s all.

For me… larger diameter not only look better, but also offer additional ground clearance and just don’t care for tire width.

I do not have issue with stock Mojave gearing and these. Plus, they're taller/narrower than said stock Mojave tires.

Yeah I got 4:10 gears stock in my JT.
