Added two GearPOD XLs to the Leitner rack that’s sitting on my BAK Revolver X4S.

This year it was a lot easier and faster to hook up since I installed a 12v outlet under the hood. No more need to run the power feed into the cab and plug it into the 12v outlet in the cab.......

Neatness doesn't count because it's temporary although I may go back out when it's warm and make the wire straighter and tie the excess better.

I do want to find a way to make proper labels for the cables and the aux switch terminal strip and that sort of thing. My writing sucks.

I was thinking about adding a 12v socket to my setup today! What size bolts did you use to mount the plexi to the fender? M6x1?

Yes, M6. That's the size of the stock bolts (the blue ones in my pic)

The 12v outlet was an after-thought. I already had everything else in place.
I used a M6 rivnut in the existing hex hole.

Swapped out the plastic stock bumper for the Rugged Ridge/Tactik full size bumper and a winch. Dropped about 3/8" up front. I bought the Smittybilt with the steel cable and roller and replaced with synthetic line, and hawse fairlead. Cable and roller weighed a lot so glad I did it. Didn't have a scale to measure it all. One challenge is the fit is a bit tight and I can't get the winch cover to fit securely, so I need to find an alternative.

Finished my install for my Rugged Ridge Amfib snorkel. I'll admit I've been a bit lazy and I was "test driving it" without the actual plumbing for two weeks...

In my defense, I had to relocate my Voswitch switch box and ran out of time a week back. I also lost the top of the snorkel on the freeway and had to buy a new cap, so I didn't want to do the install until I was able to give the new cap some extra grip using silicone sealant that I was going to have out when sealing the box.

Relocated box.

And snorkel tubing, I hadn't cinched it down yet, getting dark at 5 pm is a bit obnoxious. Fits very nicely at least.

And how it looks on the truck, going with the high mount, hoping this one stays in one piece this time!

Also the aftermath of losing the snorkel cap at about 65 mph. Thought that I hit a bird at first, sounded like when you thump a plastic pipe. Found it a few days later somehow.

Saturday I put Rubicon shocks/springs on my Sport S (non max tow); I only gained about 1/2" all around. I was expecting closer to an inch, so I'm a little disappointed.

Nevertheless, took it to the dealer for the steering box swap and a new set of tires: Toyo A/T III in the OEM Rubicon spec, 285/70R17 load range C. I reckon they must've updated the computer as well, because the speedometer matches two different phone GPS's.

At 60mph, there is no problem holding 8th gear on the 33's with my 3.73:1 rear end.

Which Rubicon springs? There's more than one set.
The light number Rubicon springs lifted my Overland almost 1" (about 7/8")
Did you loosen ALL of the suspension joints - both ends of all control arms, both ends of the track bars, etc. and then tighten them to torque again with it all on the ground?
If you didn't loosen EVERYTHING, then there's tension on the bushings and it could be holding things down.

I reckon they must've updated the computer as well, because the speedometer matches two different phone GPS's.
With the phone not connected to the truck, correct?
