and the other week some rough country scratch and dent led headlights, which besides the box looking like a kid opened it up on Christmas, lights had no damages to them.

Well took 2 days but finally got the switch pros relocated, hooked back up to the front lights and wires ran to the rear flood lights. Still have a few more to be finished with lighting but its 80% there.

To anyone considering ideas for wiring I highly recommend the switch pros system and the trays from power trays. He also has the wire kit which includes the main battery wire, perfect length, and the buss bars. The space is cramped…but we know this with new vehicles. I am not a fan of how close the positive wires are to the brake booster, but the mounting holes for the buss bar is pre-drilled so its not easy to swap the bars to the opposite sides. It wont cause any issues but just doesnt look as professional as it could. That said it is far better than nearly any other setup I have seen. And it frees up space for the dual battery setup that is on the way.

as for the wires to the rear, i ran them down the drivers side frame. They were able to go inside the frame for part of the way. At the start of the bed I pulled them out and ran them above the frame along the brake line. This was because I couldnt get the wires past something internal that was stopping them. The drivers side really is poor for options to run wires as the exhaust is there and there isnt much to zip tie them to. But I think @ShadowsPapa would be happy they are partly inside the frame rail ?

But the small gauge wire going to the bed for ‘house’ items and The big wires for the rear winch are on the passenger side as it offers better methods for securing IMO, and the hole in the bed for the AC electrical offers a good avenue to route wires.

SwitchPros has worked very well for me so far and is a much smaller footprint compared to other options. I was hesitant at first purchase months ago since Im old school and like relays, however, most things in modern vehicles work off circuit boards anymore so this is no different. Not to me tion it is quite the expense. It is programable several ways, and they respond quickly and personally if you ever have questions. Happy enough I ordered a second one for the bed mount for camping accessories as it draws very little power.

As for the lights, well. IMO nothing really competes with baja designs. So I paired up the 4 XL80’s up front with some S1’s in the rear. Each of the rear facing S1’s pump out 2,500 or so lumins, and pull maybe 1.5 amp each. Significant, compared to the old halogen KC’s of the 70’s

Several more items on the way. Maybe i should do a build thread.

There was one spot in the right rail that I had to use a stiff wire bent just right to get around an internal piece but got there and exited the frame rail at the rear, or very near the rear.

I thought about doing the same, but then as I was lying on snow, already soaking wet, in 30 degrees....decided the quicker method lol. I was shocked at the lack of options on the drivers side though. And the little bit of inside the frame rail I dont think damaged the internal 3M cavity wax so I should still be protected from the salt - darn alternator is already oxidizing, it hasn't even been a year and I really haven't driven in the winter much. I HATE this darn crap they spray on the roads.

AEV 3” high capacity coil springs. These are a must with added weight in the back. Standard springs are up to 400 lbs and the high capacity springs are 400-700 lbs. As of right now, I’m just over 500 pounds of added weight over stock. Got rid of the soft roll and bounce I was experiencing with the standard springs. I also got my lift back. No more sag.

Yes I did.
with the 500 pounds of added load how much lift do you think it actually gave you? Not including tires. If you dont mine the question.

I would say probably a 1/2” up front and 1.5” on the back. I’ll know for sure once it settles some but that gives you a basic idea.

Good Lord, I should know better with my OCD. This literally should've taken an hour, not three, hahaha, but I love the end result.

Product: Urban Jeep - Matte Black border, Gloss Black interior

I didn't really do anything to the truck, but I got other things ready to do stuff to the truck. Cleaned up the garage and organized all the purchases I made over the last few months for my 1.5" frankenlift. Now just to find time and energy to install everything.
