I loved my stock JT I bought in October of 2019… but what I put it through in the last 3+ years, it’s on its 2nd lift and 37’s with 94,000 miles. Stock is great but as you live with it, most of us end up building the JT into what we use it for.

Hello, I went with Clayton Overland 3.5 with Tereflex Falcon 3 adjustable shocks and stabilizer, Currie drag link, track bar and tie Rod. Tereflex ball joints. I have 4:10’s factory and run 37” BFG AT Ko2’s

For now I go until I get stuck and too embarrassed.
I want to get a winch, so if that can't unstuck me either then I guess it's time.
If the tires wear down to nubbins then I suppose I'd get something a bit better, but Jeeps are awesome as they are, especially if you specify the black wheels. I don't know why dealers don't order more to keep on the lots with black wheels.

I use my Gladiator as a truck and lifting it would negate some of the capability.

Bought the Mojave like others so I wouldn't need to lift any further for my needs. No rock crawling but plenty of forest service roads and beach driving. Did swap out to 35's.

Where did you find colored lug nuts that don't show the silver around them? I ordered a black set from quadratec and they were tiny and ended up showing a silver ring around the nuts. I wanted to lose the silver lugs on my wheels but right now I'm still running them.

They’re actually orange silicone covers. I think they’re called color lugs? Found them on a thread here in the last year. If I can find the link I will post. Didn’t like the chrome lugs and black were on back order everywhere at the time so I got these figuring they would be ok for a while but grew to like them so they have stuck around.

Thanks! I actually debated about those also, I saw them on Amazon back when I was trying to find lugs. I will have to look back into those.

The '21 JTR with 15,000 miles on it
purchased in '23
came with 35" tires
on Fuel Fusion wheels
and the leveling kit.

A few thousand miles later,
I swapped wheels,
the spare and the TPMS sensors
with the owner of a new '24 JTR,
and removed the leveling pucks.

The Philistine modifications are satisfying
except for a tire balancing problem
that I do not recall having before.
Sigh...
