Got my 2023 Gladiator Overland on Friday and I freakin' love it! Needs new tires, seat covers, and a bed cover to start. Any suggestions?

Traded my Renegade Trailhawk for it... which I loved too! Gonna miss my automagic sun roof.... Yeah... they screwed me on the trade...

Lookin' forward to connecting with y'all!!

Congrats on the new JT!

I suggest riding with the stock tires as long as your able. Its a common mistake to make changes too early if not immediately. Then spend more time and money chasing the problems you inadvertently opened with the hasty upgrades. The JT is VERY capable completely stock. New tires make sense if you're going off road of course, id just hate to see the typical story arch happen again.

new jt -> lift -> tires -> MPG / power loss noticed -> where did it go? -> I caused it? -> how can i get power/mpg back? -> install more upgrades to make it better -> be poor

As for the bed cover I personally LOVE the mopar soft roll up cover. Its a little more than others but its integrates flawlessly to the JT. I have no leaks or problems with it. An its doesnt have bulky side rails that either encroach in the interior bed space, or sit on top of the bed sides altering the lines of the JT.

Bed covers, not my wheel house but Ive seen good reviews with the diver down stuff. Ive always been apprehensive to do seat covers because I dont want to dampen my seat heaters at all. Love those things.

Nice looking ride! Congrats, and here’s a second to @Gren71 advice. Keep changes to a minimum at first and use the heck out of it. Make circumstances demand any upgrades, and then choose carefully. Lots of stellar info and examples around this forum.

Enjoy my friend!

When I got my Overland, I put a TeraFlex 1.5 leveling kit and Rubicon take off's. You can find those cheap on here or on FB marketplace. Still got 20mpg highway driving 80 miles a day and still had 8th gear, just downshifted every time it went up an incline. Put 36,000 miles on it in a year and traded for a Rubicon. The day I left her...

Yep you change tires to larger size AT or Mud and you will see MPG loss unless you got one of them special JT (LOL)
