What did I do TO..........
I beat the livin' @#$% outta it, abused it hard.
Tons of steering this way and that, shifting D to R, R to D, sliding sideways and trying to go straight.
But dang, did she perform perfectly. Snow flying up over the hood, it stopped me only once at the end of the driveway when the pile was so big I could see it way over the top of the blade and hood.
The drift in front of the garage was well over my knees and it walked right through it.

Paying a shop to install a bumper ?

Time is money, and some people are more capable than others.
When I was working and making $125/hr, it made perfect sense to pay a shop to do that kind of work while I kept doing my thing and making more than they were charging.
Now that I am retired it's not something I would do, but I am in that middle zone now, and still capable. Ten years from now and I'd likely gladly pay someone else to do it.

Today I cut some 2X4's to fit in the bed to both serve as a bed divider and for use if I ever need to flat carry drywall or plywall sheets. Eventually I will primer them and paint them flat black.

Not nearly as elegant as this person's solution, and I do thank him very much for providing the needed dimensions.

On a serious note - my wife and I both thought - what if first responders, an ambulance, whatever, needed to get to us.......... there's no way in the world as deep as that snow was, and if they got DOWN the driveway, they'd never get back out going up that incline in deep snow.

Do y’all do this stuff after your warranty runs out? I thought most mods need to be done by the dealer w MOPAR to avoid voiding it.
