Oil stock in the mountains for penzoil full synthetic is often poor. And mopar filters aren’t always in stock. So I get extras when they are.

Yeah, looked up the MOPAR part number for the oil as I was curious on the price through the MOPAR discount web sites (such as allmoparparts and so on) and half said "out of stock". And even at stores, the Pennzoil equal isn't always there. Filters - even for my cars I have 2 or 3 on hand at a given time (but then how much demand is there for an oil filter for a 1973 AMC 360 LOL At least my 82 can use a Jeep filter)

Might be overkill but after reading some of the horror stories on here I figured it's best to snap a few pics for proof... I can't get that poor sap out of my head who Jeep claimed never changed his oil filter and refused to honor any warranty claims

I make a continuous video showing filter off, odometer, and drain plug missing...along with new Mopar filter and oil....and cite a current event no one could have known about. Then I upload it to Youtube which has a timestamp of upload, and add it to Jeep app with a link to the video.

Kind of why I at least take advantage of the Jeep Wave oil changes if possible. Gives a easy dealer documented first few oil changes and then I take over.

This is why I have a spreadsheet with date and miles, and scans of the oil and filter receipts.
