I use this (mount) & this (qi holder). Works good so far.
It was a Xmas gift from one of my kids. Don't have the magnet but the phone holder works just fine. I did swap out the extension arm for a different one but the phone holder seems to work thru the whoop de do's in the sand at our beaches and the parking lots of the local bars.

I am waiting for the short arms to come in from 67 Designs, but I picked up an E-Dock from Vector and it feels very solid. I hope to have everything by this coming weekend; I'll give an update once I've tested some stuff out.

I've seen a lot of options tried out by various people, but when Trail Recon showed what he had done inside his setups it made most sense for me. I'll likely have co-pilots, and if I get into Search and Rescue, I'll be able to make use of the sliding rails more effectively.

I use the CMM Grab Bar Ball Mount with a RAM Mount Arm and a Peak Design Ball Mount with the locking feature. You have to use the Peak Design Phone Case to work with the locking feature, but it's a great combo. The one finger release makes it easy to grab and go and it's never released, even on the roughest trails.

You can get the CMM Ball Mounts and the Peak Design Ball Mounts in 1 inch or 20mm. I like the 1 inch size because they work with the RAM Mount arms and accessories. Most of the Arms for 20mm Balls have be tightened at each end and the RAM Arms have just one Wing in the middle to tighten the arm.

I have the CMM Ball Mounts in several locations in my JT. As someone noted, they are not cheap, but they are built to out last your Jeep and many people move them to their new Jeeps.

If you don't want to use the Peak Design Case & Mount, I used the RAM Mount Quick-Grip XL for years in my Wrangler JK and never had it lose a phone, even when we flopped it at Windrock both mine and my wifes phones stayed in place. ?

I use the bullet point "arms" - which are the best IMHO - paired with Quadlock magnetic head that I use with my Quadlock iPhone case. Very solid. If you want even more strength, use the regular Quadlock head with the Bulletpoint arms.
I use QUadlock with my phone onto my motorcycles, mountain-bikes... hell, at one point, I had a quadlock mount on my waverunner... My phone never came close to ever falling off.

Nope this "mall crawling" junk is the one that seems to keep my phone in place. Others never worked as advertised, bought the bullet point on recommendations from someone who used it off road. Never an issue with my phone flying off since. Have heavy case on my current phone as well, the bp version I have has several mm adjusting to allow for just that.

As alternatives, there are several, I've used others most of them never work as advertised.
I will have to agree with you, my Bulletpoint works great. Used it on the trails off roading and on washboard gravel roads all of the time. I have zero issues with my mount. I even have one mount in my semi and definitely get plenty of vibration drive the roads around here.

I did a lot of research before jumping in to the dash mount game. I chose Bulletpoint, and they have been rock solid for me on and offload. You might check out 67designs (although they are essentially the same as Bulletpoint). I've used RAM on my off-road motorcycles, and they are very stout. I wanted something a little more elegant and not so clunky for the Gladiator. The Ram stuff can get pretty bulky.

Actually, on my tablet, I'm using a Ram mount with a grab handle ball from these guys : https://cmmoffroad.com/products/x-grip-xl-ram-mount-universal-phone-holder-with-double-socket-1-arm. Super solid stuff, but very pricy. It's larger but similar to what I linked. Super solid.

Oh, BTW, I have a case on my phone(s) and haven't had issue with the Bulletpoint mounts.
I purchased, & yesterday received, a bulletpoint system. It's pricey, but definitely sturdy. I ordered the phone charger mount (https://www.bulletpointmountingsolu...wireless-phone-charger?variant=40626754322547) and I'm only getting short charge bursts. Contacted Bulletpoint, and as I suspected, they're blaming it on my 2021 JT Mojave USB connection as possibly not being a Quick Charge (QC) port. I combed thru my owner's manual and cannot find a descriptor of QC2.0 or QC3.0 enabled (per Bulletpoint specs).

Anyone own this unit and experiencing a similar issue? The Jeep Wrangler 4Xe & 2020 JT owner in the following video states that this charger worked fine in his Jeep(s), so I may have a bad unit. Anyone familiar with the dealer installed USB ports and whether or not they do meet the QC2.0 or QC3.0 specs?

Mine works just fine in my 2020, I used the front USB-C port with no problem. I am now using it a USB port on the back of my radio (JL4001), I drilled a hole under the Bulletpoint mount and brought the cable up through it for the power. It is working just fine for me, so I would suspect you have a bad unit, but I would try a new USB-C cable with it first to rule out a faulty cable.

I also believe the unit is defective. I just tried it with a different cable, in both the USB-C & USB-A ports on my JT. Now it's not showing any charging capability - not even the microbursts it was previously showing. I also brought it into the house and used USB-C & USB-A ports on a 110v outlet block, with no charging indicated. Now, to convince Bulletpoint that they need to send me another unit. They don't normally respond on the weekends (between 5pm on Friday, and Monday morning). We'll see how their customer service responds early next week.

You could take a short video (if you have another phone) of you trying to get it to work and email it to them, it may help expedite them sending out a replacement.
