Anyone have any experience with Bulletpoint's warranty department? Their webiste seems pretty generic. I've loved my mount thus far, but the bit that connects the arm to the ball mount just had the adhesive fail. I figure if they can replace the arm that would be cool, otherwise might be an easy fix with some heavy duty plastic adhesive.

Being that I have bottle of Gorilla Glue in the office - I'd be inclined to glue it back in and be using it again the next day.

But it certainly wouldn't hurt to reach out to them either. I have their products - but no experience with the customer service.

The phone mount on one of mine was chattering a few months ago and their customer service was very fast in replying to email and very helpful. In my case they replaced the mount and it has been fine ever since

Appears that way 😅. 67 designs doesn't have that issue 🤗
Do they have a one piece design?

Yeah that’s my plan. I figure I’ll try and see what happens.

If the warranty fails, 2 part 5 minute epoxy, profit.
My thought exactly, you can’t go wrong with seeing if they’ll just send out a replacement.

Worse case. 2 part epoxy plus drill it and pin it. Then peen the ends of the pin over. Now you know it will never come loose again.

I don't think so , I was just plugging it since I just received mine. It does mount the clamps differently though.
