question my friends:No, it originally was a dual top, came with both hard and soft top.
Guess I have been proven wrong many times over on this one. Said the guy who had to have the badge removed to put PPF on and then badge reinstalledTeam de-badge![]()
trail rated badge is on left fender, not right…trail rated badge, but as has been said, some people debadge.
Ask the dealer for the VIN (or get it from their online ad) and run a VIN check through Jeep.
The two tops are independent of each other, you remove the HT and bolt on a few trim pieces and the soft top frame. Changeover takes 15-20 minutes, but you'd most likely only want to do it seasonally. It could all be in the bed (looks like it has a tonneau) I think only the large piece that bolts to the bottom of the rear window doesn't fit- but it could be broken down into multiple pieces or stuffed somewhere else in the cab maybequestion my friends:
There's no line saying 'dual top group' like the OP had, does that mean the hard top over rides the soft top in this situation?
If it can be done easily without risk of damaging the paint then I'd do it too. I'm happy to have a Rubicon, I paid for the additional capability with intention, but I don't appreciate the attention. I live in an area where it's not necessarily advantageous to advertise you bought the more expensive trim. What matters to me is that I get where I'm needing to go and back, not the sticker on the hood. There's a handful on this Board that have done it.

I took the Rubicon sticker off my wife’s JLUR 4xe because she wanted to name her Jeep Lucy.Indeed, I've yet to hear of a rubi owner stripping off their badge. Myself included. Interested to see if someone did that.
