Concur 37 has proven to be too much.

tech is going to rule out tires by flipping the fronts.

Nice retro tailgate letters! Where did you get them? Reminds me of the tailgate on my J10.

Depends who you ask
Thanks very much for everyone's great support and help. Ended up being the Steering Damper. Mech put in the newest version which immediately fixed the issue. So happy and relieved.
I have to ask was the damper damaged In any way? Just curious if it’s wear or some kind of fluke.

Limitless Parts for Jeep lettering.

Steering Damper had play in it.

And total depression sets back in....

First day everything is great----headed to the airport yesterday morning and the issue is back with a vengeance. Pulling hard left after sitting overnight.

Because I have a great dealership I told the service manager he gets one more try---this time keeping the truck before I want a new front suspension. Doesn't go in until 8 Aug but it will be interesting to see how long I'm going to lose my truck.

We need more information.

1. Do you have a lift?
2. Do you have a lift that you've used adjustable control arms?
3. During the alignment, did they adjust anything like the drag link and/or tierod?

Like @ShadowsPapa said, some numbers would help. Maybe before and after numbers. Maybe they're adjustments (if they did any) are off. May or may not be, but it would help in diagnosing.

Yeah another game of 20 questions instead of all related information in post #1

-this time keeping the truck before I want a new front suspension.
And define "a new front suspension".
Without any real data, numbers - full alignment details, and how the truck is equipped, who's to say it's even "front suspension".

Doesn't do anything at all. Play would have no impact on pull.

Yes, a new front suspension and more should do it. Dana 60 with hubs and a complete PSC hydraulic steering system. But first I would find a good 4 wheel laser alignment shop with a guy that knows Jeeps. It will someday get fixed.

I thought for sure I told everyone I have a completely stock 2022 Mojave suspension---no lift and no aftermarket parts. But after a review I didn't tell you all, so very much my bad on not giving a good idea of my problem.

Full alignment is just whatever Jeep can do on a stock suspension which we all know is limited.

I do have a LoD full front bumper with a BadLand 12K nylon line winch and Rockslide Gen 3 steps which add weight to the front.

Last picture is from ComicCon in SanDiego yesterday.

Ok since no one else apparently thought of this. Double check both factory lower control arms and verify they are the same part number. If somehow you have the factory standard control arm on the drivers side and the factory extended arm on the passenger side it WILL cause it to pull left. and vise versa. There is only 1/4" difference in length but will make a big difference. I've seen crazier things working on Jeeps over the last 30 years. Had a similar problem on my YJ after the spring hanger was replaced and welded back just a fraction of an inch off.
Also make sure the bushings in the control arms are not shot, that can cause movement in the control arm and front suspension.
