Basically the same reason Rough Country stays in business "Price" . Look how much that would drive up the cost . Many entry level kits sell because of price to the inexperienced buyer. Look how many of us bout a lift kit when we first got involved in a 4x4. We are noot talikng about a cheap set of sway bar end links , most geo brackets would increase the cost of a lift kit substantially . Hell Moper don't even include a track bar.
Are track bars necessary for a 2" lift?

it depends on what you want to live with . Any height increase change shifts your front diff to one side. Its not like it takes a certain amount of lift to move the diff. The higher the lift the more it moves to the drivers side . I never cared so much about it being to one side a hair . I mainly wanted a track bar that don't have cheap soft Clevite bushings, same with lower control arms . I don't want a soft bushing holding the front axle in place . I am kind of a stickler about steering being the best I can make it not just ok .

A 2 inch lift will move the front axle 3/4 inch to the left. I adjusted mine with a Synergy adjustable track bar. Solid and easy to adjust without removing it. I get all my stuff at PolyPerformance.

... I am personally good with the longer mopar arms with a 2 inch lift... I can not perceive any difference in ride from stock...maybe they make it better than stock?
I would agree, I was surprised how well my JT rode with the Mopar 2" lift package on 35s. Now on 37s. The kit is engineered specifically for the vehicle.
I swear I got more than just 2" with this lift though.
I ended up getting adjustable trackbars just to dial things in. I got a Clayton rear trackbar to fit a full size 37 in the stock spare location.

I am looking at 37s as well, will need to look at that Clayton rear trackbar.....I think it's the only one out there allowing for a bigger spare

I thought about doing a long arm kit as they also ride better. But that is a one way trip. No thanks.

I think metalcloak does now, and I think someone said synergy had a new one too.
Or, on the topic of better ride, go with a 4 link rear like Rock Krawler pro-x or Rusty’s weld on kit😳. They’ll fit big tires

If you're not having issues, then you shouldn't need them. Some will say it drives better, but if it already drives good, then what's the need for them?
