I have been toiling over what fits and what doesn't on my 2024 Sport Nighthawk... The Nighthawk part I don't think affects any suspension parts at all, just the 20 inch wheels that come stock. (Which I really hate BTW.) But after some intensive research on what others have done, this is the best build I can find so far with ABSOLUTELY ZERO rubbing while on pavement on stock suspension. Wheels are 17x9 -12 offset Ion Alloy, and tires are 35x12.5 Hercules TIS TT1's. Definitely the best combination of utility, comfort and overall stance/look that I can find are these wheel & tire specs. Anything more would need fender mods, and/or more aggressively offset wheels. What do ya'll think?

Solid, looks like I found the specs :) for the wheels. How does it ride with the 35s? Any issues with the trans hunting for 8th gear? Also how is your fuel economy with these?

Nice I see yours is exact same year and spec. It rides really well being MT. Minimal road noise; you will hear a slight hum, but nothing too disruptive. I honestly like a bit of a MT hum, makes it feel more aggressive and rugged. Have not had any issues reaching 8th gear on freeway, and fuel economy maybe gone down a little, but nothing drastic. Feels like I visit the pump just as often as OEM wheels and tires.

Looks great! I just got a 2025 Nighthawk and I'm looking at a small lift and 35's but went down a rabbit hole of needing everyone saying that if it's not a Rubicon or Mojave you need to re-gear to put 35's. Do you have any concerns with the 3.73 or any plans to re-gear to 4.10?

I will be totally honest here, this is a great question, but I have never driven a JT with 4.10 gearing, so I am not sure how different it feels. But with that being said, do I feel like there is anything wrong with 3.73? No.

No issues accelerating, no issues with gear shifting. If you ask me, it's not necessary to re-gear. I would say not until you reach 37s stage.

Spent a month and a half with a new Rubicon while my Sport was being repainted. It has 4:10s vs my 3:73s…i was expecting some huge change…nah nothing to right home about. Towed the same, daily drive the same. It did get shitter mileage than my sport on 35” MTs. My stays in the 17mph around town, Rubicon best in town was 14 mpg.
The only thing a wanted from the Rubi was the heated steering wheel.

Try some 35x11.5r17 tires.. I'm running Toyo Open Country ATIIIs at 63 lbs a piece on 3.73s and I don't have any desire to regear. Manual transmission on mine.

I’m not saying anyone is wrong or bad taste but I don’t see the draw on a nighthawk? No max tow, no cool features what’s so great

Bundled options for a good price. They do have the wide axles.
