Just a thought but…Many on here will know it, right now the Biggest Cheese at Stellantis is crafting a new direction for his errr…investment ..I guess its the right way to frame it.

And with this said; I believe it’s a good time to SPELL OUT CLEARLY what Jeep needs to do to the Gladiator, (and Wrangler) to get your money and earn their honey.

I’ll kick things off by saying;
1.Hurricane
2. Hurricane and
3. Hurricane. And
4. Full floater rear/high payload variant.
5. Stripped back, work/trades/resources utility variant trim level w steel 17’s.
6.reconsider not abandoning diesel

More paint colours from the 70’s and 80’s.

I find these types of threads interesting. The most common thing seems to be focused around what is under the hood. They tried the diesel and it created too many problems that had to be repaired under warranty. The ability to remove heat, and government regulations, are the two major reasons that no other engine has been offered. My prediction is the Pentastar is the only engine that will be offered until the next redesign, if the Gladiator is not discontinued, regardless of what people tell Jeep they want.

I bought a new 2020 Rubicon Launch Edition with the 3.6L and loved it but wanted more torque so I traded it in for a 2023 JTRD. This is my first experience with a diesel and love it. Having said that, if Jeep ever came out with the 392 Gladiator, I’d trade again. Not that I’m holding my breath.

Love the idea of bringing back old colors. I had a CJ-7 back in ‘85. I’d love to have the burnt red back again.

Don’t want the hurricane, very happy with 3.6L, but I would appreciate a stripped back off-road focused package that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Overall I want to see a reduction of tech and nanny software

What I want will never be offered so I won’t even mention it…these probably won’t either lol:

- Add options for different gearing from factory. At least 4.88 but 5.13 would be great too.

- Underbody armor package

- Maybe a reinforced axle package

- Factory tune with whatever the next engine option is (assuming there will be one). I think it’s cool and exciting that Ford does this for the Ranger.

That’s all I can think of at the moment.

Might want to 'wish' that Jeep doesn't kill the Gladiator, especially when rumor has it the new Dakota will be built on the Gladiator line. 😳
Another thought: you Know the Dakota won't have a straight front axle...

My 2¢:

Jeep needs a basic no frills Jeep Wrangler.

Get rid of the aux battery and go to a single more powerful battery

Support CarPlay/Android via Bluetooth

Dump the electric vehicles for Wrangler/Gladiator. Makes them too heavy for recreation towing by most motorhomes. What customers asked for them?

Car play Bluetooth that’d be nice

While we are dreaming... Two door or three door cab with a longer bed... and a factory available flat bed with fold down tailgate and sides like the Toyota IMV. Strip it down to the basics to make it still road worthy when needed. Every farm and large construction company in America would buy one!!!!
Jeep Gladiator Tell Stellantis what you want..again T-Bed

And send me one so I can test it for a few years! :)
