My 23 EcoDiesel had these same issues. CEL would come on occasionally, it was always p0341. Never had drivability issues. It would go off over night. Dealership rerouted the cam sensor wire and installed a “prototype camshaft position sensor wiring harness“ that they said was on only five Jeeps in the country. This was in early November 24. I haven’t had any issues since then. My Starcase # was 102598114. Hope this helps someone. They said rerouting the wire deals with about 95% of the CEL issues and that they expected this prototype harness to deal with the rest.

This is hugely helpful information. My Jeep is going in this week and I’ve already sent your Starcase to my dealership to see if they can get one of these prototype harnesses for me. Thank you. Will you please share your dealer name and number for me in case I need to call them? Sometimes my dealer can be a big pain in the ass.

Thank you. I will call them. Are you willing to share your name so I can reference you if needed? I’d like to talk to your actual service advisor if possible; I need to spoon feed my dealer (who I have been going to for 12 years). I really want this issue solved.

Where's this harness located and did they listed the part number on the invoice?

No part number listed. And I’m not sure where it’s located, I don’t even know what wire they rerouted either. My name is Jerry Jacka @bobholthaus

I purchased a new 2023 ecodiesel last July after the dealership completed the fuel pump replacement on their inventory. The cel came on during the drive home for a code p0341. The dealership cleared the code the next day and told me to keep an eye on it. That's when I found this forum and learned i wasn't the only one.
After reading about the possible fix with shielding the B+ wire, i decided to take the truck in for repair. By that time it had over 8k miles and a couple other recalls it needed. It took a couple trips in and the dealership keeping it 5 weeks total, but they finally listened when I showed them the information from other dealerships on here. Stelantis had them re-route and shield the B+ wire from the alternator, and twist the camshaft sensor wires and shield them as well. The truck has been flawless since.

Okay, good news. My P0341 check engine light APPEARS to be fixed. See attached for my receipts from the dealer:

What it took:
1. Opened a case with Jeep and sent them the Starcase info from the above posts
2. Sent them a year's worth of check engine light emails from my OBD2 reader
3. My Jeep dealer in St. Louis was told to open a Starcase, and then reference the Starcase from the dealer in Boulder who fixed the problem for someone else (see above)
4. Dealer had the Jeep for 7 days. It should have been quicker he said, but something else broke in the process (maybe a locking pin from the Cam sensor) and they had to order more parts - I don't totally trust that the dealer was telling me everything
5. The attached PDF is my receipt. It's been 7 days now without a check engine light. I know that's almost laughable to say that, so we will see if I go another 7 days before it happens. It has been pretty reliable about every 7-10 days for the last 2 years!

I hope this helps you all get yours fixed. My dealer info is on the attached; my service advisor is PJ Muehling (who I have worked with for years). Give him a call if needed. Reference me; he knows me well. Thanks!

I will certainly update this thread if I get the light again!

Gentlemen: The official TSB was issued 18 days ago (see attached). The fix is official!! It took 2 years to get here. And my light has been off for 3 weeks now!

Sweet! The MIL light's been coming on every week or two now, and it's getting old. This will be nice to finally get resolved....

My check engine light came back. Just once since the fix, but same error: P0341.
So it will go back to the dealer at some point.

My Jeep has also been affected by this issue. It’s been through the camshaft position sensor fix twice now, but the check engine light still keeps coming back on with the same P0341 code. This seems to be a recurring problem that hasn’t been resolved by the repair.

Okay I'll join the Cam sensor club! 2023 Eco diesel. Cam sensor code at 12000 Miles dealer reset and back on around 13500 reset and on again around 15000. No limp mode or running issues noticed Ordered the Cam sensor and harness and dealer installed. Here's the instructions for the repair along with the work order. Strange thing about the repair, they didn't install the sensor but only the harness with hope it fixes the issue.
